As mentioned during your tour and per section #4 of the contract the below are the procedures regarding booked time slot, venue access and other policies:

• Toire Avenue is a responsible, community-first venue that protects relationships with neighboring businesses, so please keep all music to a low-mid reasonable level (we are a small space, so club loudness not necessary) and also keep all activities contain within our venue.

• You will NOT have access to the venue before your booked start time on the event day.

• We recommend buffering 1–2 hours before guest arrival for your personal setup (ie. food, decor, music, etc) the day of your event.

• NO FLAME-ABLE ITEMS - Use battery operated or plug in (ie. flameless candle is allowed, plug in electrical stove top is allowed, etc)

• Breakdown must conclude by your scheduled end time.
