Most halls price you for space you will not use. Toire aVenue is one open room in Lansdowne Town Center — about 1,500 sq ft of guest space, for up to 60 (80 during colder months). That is roughly 20-30 square feet per guest, so your room feels full without feeling packed, and you are not paying for an empty half of somebody else's ballroom.

A 35% deposit and a signed agreement secure your date; the balance and a $500 refundable security deposit are due 45 days before your event. Payment by credit or debit card only. Every rate includes your setup and breakdown time, tables, chairs, screens, sound, WiFi, a prep kitchen and parking, and you are free to bring your own food and drinks.
