Most halls price you for space you will not use. Toire aVenue is one open room in Lansdowne Town Center — about 1,500 sq ft of guest space, for up to 60. That is roughly 30 square feet per guest, so your room feels full without feeling packed, and you are not paying for an empty half of somebody else's ballroom.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RENT TOIRE AVENUE?
+ MONDAY to THURSDAY $150
$150 an hour with a five-hour minimum to eight-hour maximum, so $750 to $1,200.
Meetings, workshops, classes, showers, photo and video shoots. Meeting layout and podium available.
+ FRIDAY $1495
$1,495 — an eight-hour day for up to 60 guests
+ SATURDAY $1895

+ Holidays & EVES. $1995
Holidays and holiday eves are $1,995 on any day of the week.
A 35% deposit and a signed agreement secure your date; the balance and a $500 refundable security deposit are due 45 days before your event. Payment by credit or debit card only. Every rate includes your setup and breakdown time, tables, chairs, screens, sound, WiFi, a prep kitchen and parking, and you are free to bring your own food and drinks.

Linens, runners, charger plates at every seat, and cloth napkins — the complete table setting.`
THE FINISHED ROOM $895
Everything in The Full Table, plus off-white cushions on every chiavari chair.
Full Cleanup Service $350
Walk out when your event ends. We handle the sweep, the mop, the trash and the reset. Purchase at signature or any time up to 14 days before your event. Your belongings and your vendors' equipment still go with you.`
Additional hour $200
Subject to availability, arranged and paid at least 24 hours in advance. All events still end by 11:00 PM. Time used past your booked end without arrangement is billed at $300 an hour.
Rush Booking Fee $199
Looking for a space in a rush, depending on availability, we may be able to accommodate you. However, there is a fee for bookings made within 15 days of the event.
