Welcome to Toire aVenue — a clean, well-lit blank canvas built for gatherings that are meant to feel personal. The essentials are handled and already in the room: tables, clear chiavari chairs, wall-mounted screens, sound with a microphone, WiFi, and a beverage station ready for whatever you bring.
The rest is yours. Decorate it your way, bring your own food and drinks, and use the full eight hours without watching a clock that starts before you arrive.
Tours are free, take about twenty minutes, and are by appointment — our rooms are often in use for events, so dates are limited. Bring your Pinterest board.

Toire aVenue is not trying to be the next grand ballroom, sprawling vineyard, or rustic farmhouse. We fill a different gap: a right-sized room with a neutral palette, published pricing, and no requirement to use our vendors, our caterer, or our bar.
You bring the food, the drinks and the vision. We hand you a room that is already comfortable, already equipped, and already yours for a full eight hours. If you want the tables styled, we have an in-house collection of linens, runners, charger plates, napkins and chair cushions you can add on. If you want more than that, our preferred vendor list connects you with decorators who already know this room.
