POLICY
Our Venue Rental Requirements and Rules for Events with Attendees Under Age 21
TOIRE AVENUE wants all guest to depart from our venue better than they arrived. These rules are not to limit the full experience we strive to offer. However, it is to ensure everyone's safety.

Adult Supervision

A minimum of 1 adult chaperone (aged 25+) are required for every 5 attendees under the age of 21.

Chaperones must remain on the premises for the entire duration of the event.

No Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited at events where the primary attendees are under the age of 21. Toire Avenue reserves the right to check for and confiscate any alcohol brought onto the premises.

Time Restrictions

Events for underage attendees must conclude by 10:00 PM. This includes cleanup time to ensure all guests are off the property by the designated end time.

Security Measures

Toire Avenue requires a professional security guard on-site for events expecting 25 or more guests under the age of 21. Security personnel must be hired through an approved agency or contracted through the venue.

Liability Waivers

Event organizers must sign liability waivers provided by Toire Avenue before the event date.

Parental/Guardian Permission

If guests are under 21, the organizer is responsible for collecting and verifying permission from parents for their child to attend the event.

Code of Conduct Agreement

All attendees, including adult chaperones, must agree to adhere to a Code of Conduct, which includes respecting venue property, following safety protocols, and adhering to noise level limits.

Deposit and Damages

A security deposit will be required upon booking. Any damages incurred during the event will be deducted from this deposit, and additional fees may be applied if damages exceed the deposit amount.
